Our top priority is delivering your fish shop, café or restaurant on time and to budget. To do this we have a very clear five-stage process that ensures you know what’s happening throughout your project.
We offer a tailored service to suit your design or refurbishment needs and all works and levels of service are agreed in advance with you.
Our experience in design, fit out and operations means that we know what works and how to maximise the potential for your project, creating a perfect balance of form and function.
Once your project begins you’ll have a dedicated project manager who will know your project inside out and who will keep you up to date with progress, budgets and deadlines.
OUR FIVE-STAGE PROCESS
Stage 1 - Design feasibility
We’ll meet with you and work out what you want, discuss any ideas you have and add some new ideas to the pot. This stage will let you and us know what’s possible for your project and if it sounds like what you’re after.
Stage 2 - Concept presentation
Here’s where we go away and develop the initial ideas until they are fully formed, rendered concepts that we can present to you. It’s at this point that we’ll show you exactly what we propose, how it will look and the materials and finishes involved.
Stage 3 - Drawing package
Once you’re 100% happy with the design concepts we’ll put together the full drawing package. This will include final plans, approved for Health and Safety, Councils and building regulations, and full specifications itemising everything needed for your project and the timeline the project will be run to.
Stage 4 - On-site construction
Our team, led by the project manager will remove, demolish, rebuild, refit and finish your project. We’ll do this with the minimum of fuss and disruption to your business so that you can be open and trading again as quickly as possible. All works will meet the highest standards so you can be sure of a perfect fit and finish.
Stage 5 - After-contract care
Once the on-site construction is complete we’ll come back (between 3 and 6 months later) and check our workmanship for faults and problems. We’ll correct anything we find that’s not as good as it should be and make sure you’re happy with the project.
