Lee was born into fish & chips, from the age of six he spent his spare time helping out in the family’s cafe on Whitley Bay seafront. At 22 he graduated from Newcastle University with an Economics degree and pursued a successful career in the sales and marketing finance sector. During this time started his own building firm (Lat Estates Ltd) and in 2007 he bought the family fish & chip restaurant in Whitley Bay from his grandparents. He now actively manages both businesses concurrently.
