Construction
- Ensure building/fitting works run within a pre-defined programme, with a clear end date
- Manage all cost elements to ensure their budgets are maintained
- Controlling all on-site supervision of trades
Project Management
- A clear project programme, including stage implementations and ensuring key milestones are met
- Drawing on our long working relationships with the supply chain to ensure smooth delivery
- Project administration and facilitation of clear communication
- Insurances whilst works are in progress providing a full turn key proposal
Six Months Contract After Care Scheme
- Site is revisited as a guarantee of our work
- Ensure standard and performance of materials and fittings
- Establishing liability of faults and providing remedial works as necessary
