This project was a started 2 months after we started on the sea front shop. Unfortunately unlike the sea front shop we had to close to carry out our work, and therefore Pantrini’s on Whitley Lodge would be unable to trade for a specific period until we’d finished.
This undoubtedly meant that we had to be in and out as fast as was humanly possible. Fortunately this operation was very small in comparison to the Sea front shop. We therefore set a very ambitious deadline of turning it around within 5 days. We already had a blue print of what it should look like and the design, look, materials and colours we should use, this gave us a huge head start and allowed us to hit our very ambitious target of 5 days.
This project also proved in essence that we’d achieved the Pantrini’s owner’s wish of producing a consistent look that could be easy recognisable as a Pantrini’s outlet.
“I absolutely love it you wouldn’t think that such a difference could be made to a shop as small as this one, there’s a real impact to our customers when they walk through our door. The way the shop looks lets them know that we know exactly what we’re doing and what delivering high quality fish and chips is all about."
